User Rights

Rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 – GDPR)

Every subject of personal data collection and processing has the following rights:

  • Right to Rectification or Correction of Personal Data Any user of the site has the right to modify all data or information provided by them or collected by us.
  • Right to Erasure of Data provided by the user or collected by us. Any user may request the erasure or deletion of personal data collected about them or provided by themselves, either by using the platform or by contacting us directly. All user data collected is automatically deleted upon the expiration of the maximum period specified in (REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 – GDPR).
  • Right of Access to Your Personal Data – You have the right to obtain confirmation or information regarding the data we collect and access to it, if such data exists. You can receive all mandatory information described in Article 15, paragraph 1 of (REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 – GDPR).
  • Right to erasure of personal data – If all the requirements of Article 17 of (REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 – GDPR) are met, you may request that your data be erased or deleted.
  • Right to restrict the processing of your data – We may retain the data collected about you or provided by you by suspending or terminating its processing.
  • Right to Object to the processing of your data or to data mandatorily required by us. If you have objections regarding the data collected about you, you can modify them in your personal profile on the site, if you have one, or in your “privacy settings”. Should you encounter technical issues, you may also contact us directly with a REQUEST in written or electronic form.
